I am very honored to be the first and only magician from Singapore to receive the Golden Buzzer on Asia’s Got Talent, the biggest talent show in Asia. I am also extremely humbled to be the first digital iPad magician in the world to be featured on Asia’s Got Talent. This is truly a dream come true!

This golden break has come at a crucial time for me as the past one year has been full of ups and downs. At the beginning of 2018, many of you know that my house caught fire and most of my magic equipment was burned to ashes. I was left with almost nothing…. Thanks to the support and encouragement from the people all round me, I got back on my feet and started working on my digital magic.

Looking back at the audition video, I am really grateful that Jay Park appreciated my performance and pressed the Golden Buzzer for me. I couldn’t believe that it was actually happening when Jay reached out for the buzzer. I had always been dreaming about getting the golden buzzer. When this dream indeed came true, I was really lost for words. Given that there are so many competent, capable and talented participants out there, I considered myself really, really lucky to have received the golden buzzer. I will work harder and step up my performance in the semi final!

This is a new beginning for me. I will continue working hard. I will do my best to push the frontier of digital magic. See you at the semi-final.
